Richard Woods is a native of the Boston area and a graduate of Boston College and the New England School of Law. He is a veteran of the US Army who has practiced law in Massachusetts for 45 years. The primary focuses of his law practice have been real estate law, estate planning and divorces. Richard is also a licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and serves as the Managing Broker of Woods Properties. 

Richard partnered with his son Brian to establish Woods Properties. Richard and Brian work together to help clients find their perfect "match". That can mean helping a buyer acquire a property that can be molded to fit their dreams or assisting a seller in securing an optimal buyer. Richard's extensive experience with real estate law and transactions allows him to help clients make decisions that protect their interests.
